If your boot just won’t stay up, this ONE SIMPLE REPAIR WILL SORT YOU RIGHT OUT! Ok, jokes aside this is a really, really easy repair literally anyone can do by themselves. You only need a flathead screwdriver! All you need to do is support the boot lid then use the screwdriver to back the metal spring clip out, then tap the strut loose. Repeat on the other end, then literally just push the new one on at both ends and bam you’re done. Of course make sure to repeat that on the other side too, but it’s a two minute job at most. Give it a go if your boot won’t stay up!
